someone (i won't mention any names) put the voodoo on my netflix account ~ ha! kidding, but all of the sudden my films aren't being checked back in a timely manner. i returned one last friday and they're not checking it in until today. that's ridiculous. looks like i'll be canceling that subscription sooner than i thought. i may switch over to blockbuster. they give you in-store rental coupons along with your subscription and that's a nice added advantage.

or i may forget the whole thing. i watch too much tv anyway.

either way, it's all okay because i started writing last night and it was so much easier to slip back into west ginny than i thought it would be. i wrote a ton of pages and they just burbled up like a freshwater spring. i ain't saying the pages are great, but they were sure easy and fun to throw down, so i know i was doing something right. i can go back and edit later.

and i have major homework to do, so i guess i better get to it.

Whoever cursed your Netflix got mine, too. Or at least made me lose 'The Hudsucker Proxy' and the envelope it came in.

Let me know how blockbuster online is if you do it. :) I've been considering it for a while now. :)

Uh oh, hope it wasn't me! Isn't it funny, though, how that works - someone will mention something to me one day, and the next day it'll either happen to me or I'll hear about it again, or something will come up to remind me about it. . .

Coincidence? I think not! :) As Chesterton said, one elephant having a trunk looks like a mistake; all elephants having trunks look like a conspiracy. :)
