You scored as Robert E Lee. You're General Lee, a true American hero. You could have commanded the Union army, but your loyalties lie with your home state, Virginia

i don't know if the quiz even has longstreet in it ~ who besides longstreet was Catholic? sherman was married to a Catholic and surely mcclellan wasn't ~ was he? i am amused that jackson and sherman are at the bottom (where they should be!) ~ hahahaha

the quiz doesn't have pictures, so i had to go find my own.

i think his old testament leanings were borderline psychotic from all accounts and he wasn't very responsive to his men (the little guys on the wee bottom). and some of the anecdotes about him (one especially at Cedar Mountain) of his behavior on the field just make me think he had some loose screws.

it's just an impression that's never left me. perhaps a really good bio would change my mind, but so far none has yet ~ !

Oh, but the loose screws are what makes it entertaining to read about Stonewall!

hahahahaha ~ !

no doubt he's an interesting guy!

i'm just not convinced he was any fun at parties and not sure i'd've wanted to be under his command!
