it's update day over at Reconstruction ~ yay! okay, so it's title-page day over there, but titles are important for context and orientation and, oh who am i kidding ~ it's title page day, so it's not terribly exciting, but i hope you will go visit it anyway (as it was made with love), and don't forget to vote if so inclined, and it's just three short days until we have a proper storywise update.

that's the state of disUnion.

Voted! :)
Do you like topwebcomics? I find I get more exposure from buzcomics(I think it's called) due to their sub genre list, which L&L ends up on one of those top list.
Since I highly doubt I could ever get L&L onto the top 100.

Don't you love recruiting posters pre WW1, I adore the art work on them!
I have quite a few examples from the revolution.
Ones I love best are for Loyalists.

Title pages might not be important for the story but important to set mood to your readers IMO.
Which I feel is one of the hardest things for historical comics.

i dunno how i feel about topweb ~ the design of all of those sites gives me a headache ~ hahahaha. i might quit with the whole vote thing. it just seems like a lot of work.

good point about buzzcomics sub genres ~ i don't remember why i picked topweb instead of buzz. guess i could do both, but then that's twice the work ~ hahahahaha. i'm too lazy for self-promotion.

and yes, i love old recruiting posters, they're so shameless! hahahahahaha ~
