halfway through the first month we've finally got our first proper snow (yay!). otherwise, i'm not sure things are progressing as i hoped.
but 2007 is the year of the pig. that makes it "my" year.
guess i better go make something of it.

^_^ I managed to get online, whee!
And so I am dropping you a note to say hi! And I wrote a long entry yesterday evening about my first week, which I posted and then ran to dinner yesterday. I came online tonight to do e-mail and actually talk to people. XD
And for the Martin Luther King Jr. Service day, my team and I helped Sacramento volunteers put down special weed Barrier sheets and put in new mulch. So that was fun. My hands are covered with rose scars, from all the love the roses bestowed upon me due to our ministrations that will save their lives once spring comes. ^_^

it's crazy busy here a the library (the start of the semester and all), so i've only got a wee bit of time to respond, but i'm sure you're running amuck as well!
sounds like you're putting in full days for sure!
i just love thorny roses (even if they are a bit ouch). good reminder that for every joy there is sacrifice.
