like every year, i want to write a Christmas story. i have several in mind, but this morning, as i walked in to work, i think i decided which one i wanted to set down. now if i can just find the time to do it!

I'm too busy smashing my head against the desk for being a moron. (Why oh why, do i do dumb things)

When I'm over my bout of stupidity, I shall try for inspiration.

skipping the bashing part and getting quicker to the inspiration stuff is a much better way to go (and easier on your forehead!)

sometimes it's nice to have certain inspirations in the wings, ready to call out in the hopes of provoking a pavlovian response.
