first day of autumn ~

lovely season ~ !

makes me want to write a poem, but i will spare you.

i've been really swamped between work and school (in a good way, but swamped nevertheless).

Have you been getting thunderstorms a lot lately?

Down here in Iowa, we've been having them several times a week. Mind you, I'm not complaining ~ I adore thunderstorms, and they are such a welcome relief from the past hot weather. ^_^ Just curious.

Though sadly they happen more at night, which takes the fun out of it since I am asleep when the lightning flashes, the thunder booms, and the rain comes crashing down. I love to stand out in the rain when that happens, and espeically is there is a tornado watch. XD

sometimes it's lovely to sleep through the rain though ~ i certainly think i rest better when it rains at night.
