i just ordered books from france. i think i got a better deal than ordering through the u.s. affiliate. the whole euro conversion is daunting and the shipping cost $18 (i think), but it still came out cheaper than ordering through a private seller. i guess we'll see when i get the bill. hahahahaha ~

i just ordered books in a language i can't read.

hahahaha ~ very slowly and with a french dictionary, i guess. i got about a quarter of the way through Les Miserables reading the english translation side-by-side (before i got distracted onto other things).

it shouldn't be too hard ~ they are graphic novels, after all, so mostly conversation with pictures to help.

this is the only way i'll learn french, i think. i'm really bad at languages.
