a lot of these were commissions (to some skeery magazines and such) which is why they are very freaky. he's actually turned down some work (like for the band Slayer) because it was over the line in his book. especially since his main model is a teenager. sometimes he can paint something really fast. sometimes it takes him months (it's ridiculous how perfectionist he can be!).
i'm so excited for your laptop ~ yay! it'll be extra nice to be able to take your work with you and have it there to twiddle with as a break from your adventures.
