playin' hooky on a sattidy ~

it's after noon and i don't feel like doing my homework. so i won't.

j and i had a blast at last night's game (Wild vs. Quacks) and it was awesome. 3-2 win for the Wild in one-on-one overtime. a good time was had by all.



today, i'm planning to do some reading (got my Patapsco book in from the liberry and want to finish Aldrich). think i'll also finishing watching Dickens' Our Mutual Friend and do some drawing.

dog parked this morning and ran errands (went to dick blick to buy some new pens because my .005 seems to have given up the ghost). i really should practice working with a nib pen since i have gallons of india ink laying around and keep wasting money on pens instead.

so that's my plan, i think. and later i'll watch Batman Begins because it's pretty awesome and i got it for ten bucks at the mojo-conglom store that will remain nameless.

i'll share sketches later perhaps.

hope everyone is having as unencumbered a weekend as i am ~ halloween parties anyone? whatever you do, i hope it's fun and relaxing.
