got a big fat rejection from a job i was told was a "sure thing" this morning.

i've spent the morning job-searching and managed to come up with two paltry ops, neither of which i am qualified for or even interested in, but i submitted applications anyway.

i'm starting to feel like a rat in a maze in which there is no exit.

i just want to go work in a bakery or something.

arson is starting to look like a viable option.

the dogs sleep all day long. i wonder if they are depressed too.

it's just a crummy day ~ God designed them all to end eventually ~ that's the good news.

Bleh, then the job wasn't worth it, anyway. The summer can be a horrid time to look for work, since the unwashed masses of college students are around.
