Oh, fun! My very first job was a library job at my college. Two years as the mail-clerk assitant (you didn't want to get between me wielding a utility knife and a box of books!) and two years in serials binding (I didn't do any binding, just picked up, prcoessed, packed and unpacked stuff sent elsewhere to be bound).

I spent many long hours in the stacks, collecting musty old almost-forgotten periodicals. :)
